Primary One Admission 2019 Results of Application of Discretionary Places

 

獲取錄申請人的學生註冊手續

 

凡被取錄之正取生，可憑小一入學申請表之家長副本於本校校務處索取新生註冊表乙份，並於下列指定時間內辦理註冊手續。倘家長未能在指定期限內辦理註冊手續，則會當作放棄自行分配學位論。

 

【一】註冊日期：

          二零一八年十一月二十八日或二十九日

【二】註冊時間：

上午九時至十二時

下午一時至四時

【三】註冊時請帶備：

1. 小一入學申請表之家長副本
2. 學生身份證明文件(如香港出生證明書、前往港澳通行證或許可在港居留證明文件)的正本及副本
3. 家長/監護人的身份證明文件正本
4. 回郵公文袋兩個 (A4大小)，並貼上七元三角郵票（寫上學生姓名為收件人）
5. 已填妥及貼上相片之新生註冊表

 

 

不獲取錄申請人

 

• 如正取生放棄學位，本校將按備取生取錄名單的先後次序，以

電話通知家長到校辦理註冊手續。

 

• 如果你的子女未能在現階段獲得一個自行分配學位，教育局將會在二零一九年一月中旬以書面通知家長前往指定的統一派位中心，辦理統一派位選擇學校手續。每名兒童將由教育局盡量依據家長選擇的意願統一派位。屆時，你仍可把本校填報為學校選擇的第一志願或其中一個學校選擇。

 

 

 

Registration of Pupils Who Have Been Offered A Discretionary Places

 

Successful applicant children should produce their photocopy of the Application form of Admission to Primary 1 to our staff at the school office to obtain a registration form. Parents should come for registration at the registration time stated below. Failure to register with the school within the specified period would lead to forfeiture of the discretionary place offered to you.

 

【1】Registration date：

                   28 or 29 November 2018

【2】Registration time：

9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.

【3】Necessary documents and photocopies for registration：

1. A photocopy of Application form of Admission to Primary 1
2. An original and a photocopy of student’s identity proof (such as HK Birth Certificate, One-Way Permit or Permit to Remain in Hong Kong)
3. An original copy of parent/guardian’s proof of identity
4. Two self-addressed stamped (postage HK$7.3) A4 sized catalogue envelopes (please write student’s name on the envelope as the recipient)
5. Completed registration form (with ID photo attached)

 

Unsuccessful Applicant Children

 

【1】 In case a successful applicant child fails to turn up for registration during the specified period without proper notice to the school, such vacancies will be offered to applicant children on the waiting list in strict accordance with the order on the priority list. Parents of waitlisted applicant children will be informed by phone to come for registration.

 

【2】 If your child has not been offered a Primary 1 discretionary place at the present stage, you will be informed by the Education Bureau in mid-January 2019 in writing to go to a designated Central Allocation Centre to make your choices of schools for Central Allocation. Each child will be allocated a Primary 1 place according to parental choice as far as possible. Parent may still put our school as the first choice or include our school in the school choices in the central allocation.
