Parents/Guardians whose children have been offered a Primary One place can download a registration form online and complete the registration process within the specified period. Parents/Guardians are not required to bring along the applicant for registration.

 

A. Registration date and time:

3、4	9 June 2020 (Tuesday) 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.
5、6、7	10 June 2020 (Wednesday) 9:00a.m. to 12:00 noon
8、9	10 June 2020 (Wednesday) 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.
Parents who cannot register within the above specified period and time can register on 11 June 2020 (Thursday) at 9:00a.m to 12:noon or 2:00p.m. to 4:00p.m.

 

B. Documents to be submitted：

　1. The EDB Primary One Registration Form

　2. The original and photocopy of applicant’s Hong Kong Birth Certificate (or documents permitting the child to remain in Hong Kong)

　3. The original copy of Identity Card or other proof of identity of parents/guardians

　4. Two A4 sized self-addressed stamped envelopes (local $7.3) with the name of the applicant

　5. The completed registration form with applicant’s recent ID photo attached

 

C. Points to note：

　1. Parents/guardians are not required to bring along the applicant for registration.

　2. Parents/Guardians are required to wear their masks in the school campus fore registration and follow the school’s measures on prevention and control of infection .

　3. If parents/guardians cannot register their child in person, they should authorize in writing a representative to register on their behalf. Parents/Guardians may make reference to the sample letters of authorization available on the EDB’s Primary One Admission website.

　4. Parents/Guardians of Cross-Boundary students are reminded by the EDB that they are required to contact our school by phone in advance should they use the “Registration Document” for registration. Contact Person: Ms. Yeung (Tel: 2650 5551).

　5. If successful applicants who are unable to register within the specified period must notify our school in advance for rearrangement of registration, Otherwise, they will be deemed to have given up their discretionary places. Contact person: Ms. Yeung (Tel: 2650 5551).
